Party Booking Policy
1. Booking Process
1.1. All bookings are subject to availability. Once your booking is received, a member of our team will contact you within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) to confirm your reservation. If we are unable to accommodate your requested date or time, we will attempt to reschedule or issue a full deposit refund.
1.2. At the time of booking, you will be asked to select your preferred party package. Any changes made after your booking is confirmed may incur additional costs.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. A deposit is required to reserve the party date. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to the final balance.
2.2. The remaining balance is due in cash upon the coach's arrival at the party. Failure to settle the balance at this time may result in the party being unable to proceed. In such cases, the deposit will be forfeited and non-refundable.
2.3. Please note that we are unable to accept card payments on the day of the party. If you would prefer to settle the full balance in advance, please contact us.
3. Changes to Booking
3.1. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking after it has been confirmed. While we will do our best to accommodate any changes to the date or time of your party, please note that these requests are not guaranteed. If we are unable to accommodate your request and you are unable to proceed with the original date and time, the deposit will be forfeited.
3.2. Any changes to the party package (such as the number of guests or add-ons) must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the event. While we will make every effort to accommodate these requests, please note that we cannot guarantee availability, as we may not be able to provide the necessary staff or resources to support changes made after the initial booking confirmation.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1. If you need to cancel your party, please inform us as soon as possible. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. However, if you have already paid the balance in full, we will refund all but the deposit, minus any applicable card or administration fees charged by our payment provider.
4.2. In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking, we will issue a full refund. However, please note that Big Kidz accepts no liability for any additional costs you may incur in securing an alternative provider.
