Party Booking Policy

1. Booking Process

1.1. All bookings are subject to availability. Once your booking is received, a member of our team will aim to contact you within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) to confirm your reservation. If we are unable to accommodate your requested date or time, we will attempt to reschedule or issue a full deposit refund.

1.2. At the time of booking, you will be asked to select your preferred party package. Any changes made after your booking is confirmed may incur additional costs.

 

2. Payment Terms

2.1. The full party payment must be made within 28 days of recieving the booking confirmation email (or within 24 hours if the party is less than 28 days from the date of recieving the booking confirmation email). If the payment is not recieved, the party will be cancelled. 

​2.2. Should you wish to cancel, all parties are subject to a £50 non-refundable deposit to cover costs. Should you cancel within 2 weeks of the party, the full payment is non-refundable.

2.3. If you have make a booking by mistake, please contact us via email within 48 hours of recieving the booking confirmation email.

 

3. Changes to Booking

3.1. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking after it has been confirmed. While we will do our best to accommodate any changes to the date or time of your party, please note that these requests are not guaranteed. If we are unable to accommodate your request and you are unable to proceed with the original date and time, refunds will only be issued in line with our refund policy & clause 2.2 above.

3.2. Any changes to the party package (such as the number of guests or add-ons) must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the event. While we will make every effort to accommodate these requests, please note that we cannot guarantee availability, as we may not be able to provide the necessary staff or resources to support changes made after the initial booking confirmation.

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1. If you need to cancel your party, please inform us as soon as possible. 

4.2. Please see our refund policy regarding cancellations made by Big Kidz.
